Last weekend Paul was gone on his motorcycle trip so the kids and I were on our own. We had sleepovers in my bed and a couple of movie nights with popcorn and we even sqeezed in a trip to the park to feed the ducks. Tyson wanted to go on a nature walk and take pictures of animals in "their natural habitat." So off we went to the park with backpacks, a journal and Tyson's camera........oh and a whole bunch of old bread.
Buddy had to get in just the right position before he tossed his bread to the ducks.
Em on the other hand, just chunked it. Sometimes it landed on the innocent pedestrians on the walking path behind her, some landed on the dirt in front of her and every so often some landed in the water near a duck.
This is Tyson trying to explain to Emmy that the goal is to get the bread in the water so the duck can eat it.
